So, our toddler is pretty new to the whole Santa thing. Last Christmas she took a picture with Santa at the mall, and other than what she's seen on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, she doesn't know much else about Santa.
This past week, the three of us were in the car and driving home when the toddler brought up the names of some Texas family members she wanted to see. We told her that we would see them in December at Christmas. Then we told her, "we'll also see Santa in December."
The toddler said, "I like him. Want Santa Claus bring me a birthday cake. I want go hiking with Santa and see mooses."
Then I asked her, "What present would you like for Santa to bring you?"
Her reply: "A birthday cake. A blue present. A pink present."
You heard it here first.
Haha love this. A hike with Santa to see mooses sounds like a dang good date to me. I think she's onto something :)
